    1. Reference : Article 65-4 of Academic Regulations (Prescribed Time Limit)

    2. Graduate students whose prescribed time limit expires as of Feb. 24, 2019 may apply  for an extension subject to approval by the Academic/Research Review Committee.

    Instructions are provided below.

    A. Eligibility : Graduate students (including integrated MS-PhD) whose prescribed time limit expires as of Feb. 24, 2019. (excluding students expecting graduation in February 2019)

    B. Required Document : Application for Extention of Prescribed Time Limit

    C. Deadline : Thursday, December 20, 2018 during the office hour

    D. Submission : Each department/division is to collect and submit an official document

    E. Where to submit: #104, Office of BTM(N22)

     

    Attachment : 1 copy of Application Form for Extension of Prescribed Time Limit (Korean/English), 1 copy of Graduation Paln Form
