• Application for Extension of Prescribed Time Limit for Graduate Students (Including Integrated MS-PhD)

    In relation to the Article 65-4 of Academic Regulations (Prescribed Time Limit), the Graduate students whose prescribed time limit expires as of Feb. 28, 2015 may apply for an extension subject to approval by the Academic/Research Review Committee. Instructions are provided below.

    A. Applicability : Graduate students (including integrated MS-PhD) whose prescribed time limit expires as of Feb. 28, 2015. (excluding students expecting graduation in February 2015)

     

    * There is no separate notification of list of applicable students.

     

    B. Required Document: Application for Extention of Prescribed Time Limit

     

    C. Deadline: Monday, Dec. 29, 2014

     

    D. Method: Please submit the application form to the department office.
