The PCM program is aimed at training national and global leaders who can offer necessary answers to the many difficult issues and situations we encounter in the business front.Creativity is becoming one of the most important themes around the globe. Creativity refers to the cognitive function of novel and useful thinking. It can be the answer to many unsolved issues in human society, especially in the business management and start-up sectors. Although creativity was originally thought of as an intrinsic quality, research has recently suggested that creativity can be improved by the changes in environment, mindset, and behavior. Therefore, the PCM (Professional Creativity Master) Graduate Minor Program was established to provide KAIST graduate students with an aptitude in business management and founding in addition to professional knowledge of natural sciences and engineering.
